Go to Power Automate, make.powerautomate.com - you will need to log in with your business credentials in Microsoft.

Go to the Create tab.

Select Instant cloud flow

Name the flow Manual Upload to CPQ and select Manual trigger a flow and press Create.

Once you click Create you'll be in Power Automate flow designer. Here we see the first part of our flow, the trigger. In this case it's a manual trigger.
