Welcome to the Power Automate Tutorial!

This series will guide you through building key automated workflows, covering everything from manual file uploads to CPQ, sending emails with dynamic attachments, writing data to Excel via HTTP requests, and triggering advanced flows like sending files to CPQ and initiating Modelbot.

By the end of these lessons, you'll have a solid foundation in Power Automate, allowing you to automate various business processes and improve workflow efficiency.

What You Will Learn:

  • Chapter 1: How to upload a file from SharePoint to Tacton CPQ using a manual trigger.
  • Chapter 2: How to fetch a document from CPQ and send it as an email attachment using a shared mailbox.
  • Chapter 3: How to write data to an Excel table based on an HTTP request.
  • Chapter 4: How to send files from SharePoint to CPQ and trigger Modelbot to generate a configuration model.
  • Chapter 5: Bonus – this is a good idea I did not solve yet.

These lessons will provide step-by-step guidance, using real-world examples and working with the actual services like SharePoint, Tacton CPQ, and Excel. Each lesson is designed to progressively introduce new concepts, starting with simpler flows and building up to more complex, multi-step processes.
